| Duties and Responsibility工作职责: I.Assisting Training Manager analyze training needs of staff according to company requirements 协助培训经理根据公司需求分析员工培训需求 II.Designing and updating training courses 设计并更新培训课程 III.Conducting operational courses 实施运作课程培训 IV.Supporting Training Manager in the delivery of supervisory and managerial courses 为培训经理提供课程管理与监督支持 V.Designing and ensuring effective devices to evaluate the effectiveness of both classroom and on-job-training 设计并保证有效的评价体系评估脱岗培训与在岗培训的有效性 VI.Making regular store visit to follow up staff performance after training in order to confirm if there were needs for further reinforcement 定期拜访店铺跟进员工接受培训后的工作表现以确定是否需要加强培训力度 VII.In charge of training administration, including the compilation of training report;the issuing of training notification 5 days before the courses;the preparation of monthly training schedule of the follow month;maintenance of training facilities and reservation of training room 负责形管培训行政工作,包括撰写培训报告;于培训5日前发布培训通知;提交月度工作计划;保管培训器材及预定培训教室 VIII.Coordinating with external trainer in the delivery of business-relate courses 与外部培训师合作交换相关课程资料 Qualities &Qualifications 岗位要求: I.University/College degree holder 本科或专科学历 II.2-3 years training managerial position holder in chained retail company 2-3年连锁零售企业培训管理岗位工作经验 III.Progressive in previous job history 勇于创新 IV.Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit 良好的组织和领导能力,良好的团队合作精神 V.Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service 强烈的责任感,自信,有客户服务意识 VI.Good skills of coordinating and communication 良好的沟通协调技巧 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件),以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至libby.ma@watsons.com.cn。 |
